Vision Boards
I have read a lot of self-help literature and an obvious theme is envisioning exactly what you want to happen for your goal-every last detail. What does it look like, feel like, taste like, smell like, sound like? It is easy to get overwhelmed, but just pick the top goals for the priorities in your life. My 2017 goals are as follows and I selected images to represent them for a frequent reminder that I have taped to my computer:
1. Eat healthy
2. Strive to walk 10,000 steps each day
3. Maintain a daily gratitude journal
4. Connect with my husband daily
5. Get pregnant with a healthy baby
6. Hone my leadership skills to be the best supervisor that I can be
7. Be true to myself, listen to the needs of my mind and body
8. Make time for girlfriends
9. Write frequently
