Nursery is DONE!

The nursery is finally DONE!

Glider chair $20, lamp $5, changing pad and cover $30, bucket and toys were given to us, wall art was decor/gifts from the baby shower, and we already had the end table, dresser (would love to refinish it someday, but it wasn't a priority this year), and wicker laundry basket.

Book shelf $30, lamp $5, the crib was given to us by friends- they even delivered it, gorgeous frame was a gift, and the wonderful bedding set was a gift.

This incredible art was made by my auntie and cousin! It's the most special piece in the nursery :-)

I wasn't sure how/if everything would come together because it was such a mix of things from our registry, things others picked out, old items friends didn't need anymore, and stuff we already had. The gray and aqua theme came through pretty strong, which is great! The shabby-chic theme sort of crept into the more modern look I had originally envisioned, but actually I think the room ended up with a lot of character. This is definitely my favorite room in the house!
