Week 36 ~ Baby Honeydew!

How far along? 36 weeks along! Just 2 weeks until baby is full-term!
Weight-gain: Up 2.5 pounds in 2 weeks, not too bad- one pound for baby and one and a half pounds for mom :-P
Stretch marks? YES! The first one arrived early this week on my right side and a series of like 6 magically appeared on my lower abdomen last night :-/ I hope they don't explode too crazy all over, but whatever, I have too many other things to stress over so I'm not going to let that be one of them :-P
Sleep: I had a busy week that limited my sleep, but I slept great when I finally made it to bed! I've noticed cutting myself off from liquids earlier in the evening is a big help ;-)
Best moment this week:
1) After a hectic week of work plus sitting in on 5 interviews, we have hired someone for my position! The bad news is that she's giving her boss 4 weeks notice instead of the standard 2 weeks..... but she's an internal hire and they are short-staffed in her current department. We did work a deal where she will train with me for one day of each of those 4 weeks so maybe that will work just fine! I'm sure we can really cram a lot into one day, and if baby arrives in 2 weeks I will have at least gotten to do some training, and if baby arrives in more like 6 weeks I wouldn't be stuck training her for a whole month- that would be exhausting.
2) My friend had her second baby boy! She had a really tough pregnancy so I was was thrilled that she popped that baby out all natural in just 2.5 hours!
Food cravings: Not really.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope!
Labor signs: No, but after our birthing class this week - 3 evenings of 3 hours of class - I am confident that I understand the signs of labor! I also have a plan for what to do during early labor! Some people take a bath, go for a walk, move on a birthing ball- I'm going to head to the office and get as much done as possible before baby arrives :-P Haha, I'll let you know how that goes ;-)
Symptoms: I might get stopped in the grocery store and accused of stealing a watermelon  -this belly has REALLY popped out! I can feel that there's way more baby in there. I have had some fleeting pelvic pain and a few hormonal stress crying fits, but it hasn't been too bad! Also it's MUCH harder to get out of bed and much harder to bend over... I can see where this would get annoying after a while :-P It was kinda funny at first because I had to strain a little, but now it's kinda irritating that my mobility is actually limited.
Belly button in or out? In, but half of it is starting to flatten out :-P
Wedding ring on or off? Off, but I don't feel too swollen and think i could probably wear it for part of the day, but I don't want to mess with it.
Happy or moody most of the time: This week was VERY busy and stressful, but it was also super productive. My mood has been pretty good with the occasional stressful spell :-P

Looking forward to: Feeling like I've gotten things under control at work and the rest of the baby stuff from the registry is due to arrive next week, so we'll be ALL set!
