Just Breathe

In some areas, such as personal development, researching strategies to improve can be useful. However it seems as a general rule, where matters of the heart are concerned, attempting control only causes more aggravation. It's tempting to search for answers in other people's stories or advice, but ultimately each and every one of us is different. Researching and learning from what others share makes us feel like we have maybe some control now and maybe a glimpse into what our future could be, but our future is unwritten and we'd be wise to remember that at times we're just along for the ride. 

I must have faith that the perfect rainbow baby will come to us when he or she is ready! Only when the most wonderful sperm and egg meet and the little zygote lands in a comfy place will our rainbow be in the making :-)
